Travel Scholarships
We are pleased to offer travel scholarships to individuals attending the Empower {MN:CS} professional development conference who are traveling from outstate Minnesota.
Take a moment to fill out the scholarship form. The scholarship will cover hotel expenses up to $600 and provide a mileage reimbursement for travel.
Lodging
The Northern Lights Collaborative for Computing Education does not have a specific block of rooms held for Empower {MN:CS}. However, the UMN Office of Admissions has a list of hotels that are located close to Kenneth H. Keller Hall.
Note: The discounted rates for hotel rooms do not apply to this event. Below are the three hotels that are closest to the location of the event building.

Parking & Transportation
Kenneth H. Keller Hall is easily accesible off the METRO Green Line. The METRO Green Line travels down Washington Avenue through the heart of the East Bank Campus.
